Will I earn Continuing Education (CE) credits?

Yes! The retreat offers 6hrs CE workshops that are both experiential and highly relevant to private practice clinicians. ASW and NBCC approved!

What if I don’t know anyone else attending?

That’s completely okay! Many attendees come alone, and this retreat is designed to foster deep connection and support. By the end of the week, you’ll leave with new friendships, a strong professional network, and a renewed sense of community.

Is this retreat tax-deductible?

Since this retreat includes professional development, CEs, and business coaching, it is likely tax-deductible as a business expense. We recommend consulting with your tax professional for specific guidance.

Can I bring a guest, what are the rooms like?

Yes! You can add on a non-attendee guest at check out! (Guest add ons are for family or partners only) If you are unsure, please message us and ask before booking!

Please note there are no shared rooms - these are all private one bed suites!

Will I have time for myself, or is the schedule packed?

We’ve designed the schedule to balance structured learning, personal connections and free time. You’ll have time to explore Costa Rica, rest, or work on your business in a way that feels good to you.

What if I’m still early in my private practice?

This retreat is for therapists at all stages of private practice. Whether you're newly licensed and building your client base or an experienced clinician looking to pivot your practice, you'll receive valuable insights, strategy, and support to help you move forward confidently.

What is the included excursion?

Embark on a magical catamaran and snorkeling tour to explore hidden gems near Nosara—to the rare Pink Sand Beach and pristine waters of San Juanillo Bay, you’re in for a treat. Keep an eye out for sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays and more! Surrounded by an offshore barrier reef, this location is perfect for shelling and wildlife sightings—keep an eye out for howler monkeys nearby! Lunch will be included on the boat! (Excursion is Wednesday 1/14/2026)

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs, please let us know your preferences when you register and we will review that with the private chef.

Where exactly is the retreat located and how do I get there?

The retreat will be held in a beautiful, serene location in Nosara, Costa Rica. This 15 Bedroom - 4 Villa Luxury resort is 5 minutes from the beach!

We will provide transportation to and from the Liberia airport 1/12/26 and 1/16/2026, however if you would like to rent your own transportation I highly recommend so that you can explore all that Nosara has to offer!

You will need to book your flight into the Liberia Airport if you would like to utilize our transportation options!
