The Story Behind the Method
I Built Two Multimillion-Dollar Practices.
And it Still Wasn't Enough.
For years, I poured everything into building practices that weren't mine. I hired thousands of staff and managed 150+. I built systems, scaled revenue past $7 million, and did what most therapists only dream about...at someone else's company, on someone else's terms, for a paycheck that never came close to matching the output.
