I’m Denielle Rigoglioso-Lambert, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), private practice owner, and coach. I’m also the creator of the 9-Thrive Private Practice Academy. After building my own successful private practice, I became passionate about helping other therapists design thriving, sustainable businesses—without burnout or sacrificing the life you love.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the demands of running a practice. I built two of the largest community mental health/outpatient agencies in Virginia. I was managing 150 staff and generating over $5 million in revenue. I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational stress. My work is rooted in trauma informed care and integrates family systems therapy, somatic practices, and practical tools that support deep, lasting healing for both mind and body.
In my clinical work, I help people move beyond just understanding their stories and into feeling safer, more regulated, and more connected in their daily lives. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through gently working with the nervous system so the body can release what it has been holding.
At the retreat, I teach somatic based tools that help therapists and business owners understand how stress and trauma show up in the body and how to work with the nervous system to support regulation, resilience, and presence. These are practical, accessible practices participants can use for themselves and integrate into their work with clients.
Outside of my professional role, I am a mom of four and have been married for over twenty years. I understand the real world complexity, strain, and beauty that come with relationships, parenting, and trying to hold it all together while staying connected to yourself.
I am honored to share this work and support helping professionals in reconnecting with their own steadiness, capacity, and well being so they can continue showing up for the people they serve without losing themselves in the process.
